I found this feeling familiar. I recalled back last year how we get back to face to face training after the first MCO. This year, another mixed feeling hit again! Here goes back to the first face to face training after more than half a year 💥
✨ Nervous the days before 👉 Get the SOP revised, fill in declaration letter, get my Covid antigen test done (negative, yay), checklist and documents ready ( #hrdcorp claimable course)
✨ On the day 👉 Departed and arrived early because it took me 30 minutes to drive. Feeling excited, I sing along while driving
✨ Wore a glove because I will be distributing things around, and I have wound on my fingers
✨ Felt refreshed, thanks to Abang A who brought me around to say hi to the people in the office
I spent a few hours there, the environment was light and easy, there's laughter, and people were wary of the safety SOP.
All good and I believe we are living in a new era, with the mixed mode of face to face plus virtual training.
People still prefer to do it virtually, it depends on the situation, right? How about you/your company?
